After establishing care, your midwife is available 24/7 by phone for urgent communication and electronic health chart for non-urgent communication
Initial prenatal visit with routine labs from a functional perspective, and optional prenatal genetic screening
Routine prenatal visits (monthly until 28 weeks, every two weeks until 36 weeks, weekly until 40 weeks, and biweekly until 42 weeks as needed)
36 week home visit
Woven throughout your prenatal care is pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum education
Ultrasound: Midwife can perform non-diagnostic ultrasound for fetal heart beat confirmation and position. Diagnostic ultrasounds are referred out

Your birth team is able to attend your birth at home beginning at 37 weeks gestation
We offer support with comfort measures such as massage, position changes, TENS unit, sterile water injections, and water immersion
Administration of medications as needed
Emergency supplies and skills
Immediate postpartum care to ensure you and baby are stable and to provide lactation support
Suturing and repair of perineal tissues

In the event of a transfer of care, midwife will continue to offer support during and after transfer
